Machine Operator - Mail & Print (Ricoh Systems)

Machine Operator We are seeking experienced Machine Operators with a background in mail printing and inserter operations to join a high-volume printing and mailing facility in N. Las Vegas. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating digital print equipment such as Ricoh systems, along with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor mail printing and inserting machines (Ricoh or similar digital print systems) Set up, load, and unload machines with paper, inserts, and materials (lifting 30–40 lbs consistently) Ensure printed materials and inserts are properly aligned, accurate, and meet quality standards Perform routine quality checks throughout production runs Troubleshoot mechanical or print issues and make basic adjustments as needed Maintain productivity, quality, and KPI goals in a fast-paced environment Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Complete production logs and basic computer data entry Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience operating digital mail or printing machines (Ricoh experience strongly preferred) Knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical components Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and quality control Basic computer skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Willingness to learn new equipment and processes *Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and/or drug screening.
