Principal

We're currently partnered with a growth-focused investment firm seeking to add a Principal to its investment team. The firm invests exclusively in software businesses and partners closely with founders and management teams to accelerate growth through strategic guidance, operational support, and M&A execution. This individual will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio value creation. The position offers significant autonomy, direct interaction with founders and CEOs, and the opportunity to help shape investment decisions within a highly collaborative environment. Qualifications: 6-10+ years of experience across growth equity, private equity, venture capital, or technology investment banking Direct investing experience within software, SaaS, or technology businesses Demonstrated ability to lead diligence and transaction execution processes Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment underwriting capabilities Experience evaluating software business models, recurring revenue metrics, retention dynamics, and growth drivers Track record of working closely with portfolio companies and management teams on strategic initiatives Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with founders, executives, and advisors Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a lean, high-accountability environment This is an excellent opportunity for an investor looking to take on increased responsibility at a firm with a differentiated software-focused strategy and a hands-on approach to partnering with management teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
