Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Join JumpCloud as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting and improving the reliability, availability, and performance of our multi-region microservices, APIs, and authentication infrastructure. As a key member of our remote team, you will ensure that our IT management platform remains secure and efficient for users around the globe.
Architect and enhance the reliability and performance of JumpCloud's infrastructure.
Maintain Disaster Recovery processes and business continuity strategies.
Lead the design and enforcement of SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budget frameworks.
Drive end-to-end observability using Datadog, focusing on actionable monitoring.
Manage on-call escalations and major incident responses to maintain high availability.
8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Strong capabilities in Python/Go for internal tools and integrations.
Deep Kubernetes expertise, particularly with EKS/GKE.
Advanced knowledge of Terraform and multi-account AWS environments.
Experience in designing Disaster Recovery architectures and observability platforms.
