Part-Time Remote Dental Phone & Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and friendly Remote Dental Phone & Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing dental team.

This is a part-time remote position averaging approximately 23 hours per week. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, enjoys helping patients, and has prior experience managing phones and scheduling in a dental office.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–3 years of dental administrative experience, specifically handling patient phone calls and appointment scheduling
• Experience working with dental software programs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional, confidential workspace/office
• Must have company required equipment

Work Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:30 – 7:30 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming patient calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing patients
• Maintain accurate patient scheduling and records
• Assist with general administrative phone duties as needed
