IT Supervisor - ERP & OA Systems

Responsibilities System Management: Lead the implementation, upgrade, and daily optimization of core ERP and OA systems. Process Alignment: Analyze manufacturing workflows (supply chain, inventory, production, finance) to design efficient automation solutions. Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and integration between the ERP, OA, MES, cybersecurity systems, and other critical enterprise information systems. User Support: Oversee system training, documentation, and technical support for cross‑functional teams to maximize system adoption. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience managing IT systems within the manufacturing sector. Proven track record with mainstream ERP platforms and advanced OA/Workflow automation tools. Preferred Background: Experience in Enterprise IT System Architecture or IT Operations & Maintenance (O&M) is a strong plus.
