Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Strong Loan IQ functional expertise. (Syndicated, Member, and Bilat Structures) • Exceptional investigative and problem-solving skills. • Ability to independently research issues and identify solutions. • Strong customer focus and sense of ownership. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. • Effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders. • Proactive identification of operational risks and process improvement opportunities. • Ability to quickly learn new functionality and support evolving business needs. Technical skills include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL Developer and Loan IQ.
