What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care for ICU patients across multiple ICU settings, including neuro, surgical, medical, cardiology, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU.
• Float across various units based on staffing needs and patient acuity, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Utilize skills in telemetry, ventilator management, IV starts, and telehealth to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety procedures, and compliance standards.

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC system
• Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Floating experience within critical care units
