Director of Crisis Services

Job Description Adecco is currently seeking a Director of Crisis Services in Southern, Arizona . This is a full‑time, direct hire role where you will be overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of our facility‑based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. You will manage and mentor the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with our company’s policies and procedures and clinical processes. Responsibilities will include managing daily operations, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance with policies and clinical processes, and delivering high‑quality crisis services. Monthly travel stipend and on‑call stipend available Minimum Education and Experience Required: 5 years management experience or equivalent in facility‑based crisis or medical facility. Data management, including proficiency in Excel and other reporting programming. Ability to obtain and maintain AZ fingerprint clearance or good‑cause exemption. Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, Registrations: Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW). RN license if hired at the RN level.
