Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with couples and families, assessing their needs, and providing therapeutic interventions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational dynamics.

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of couples and families.

• Specializing in treatment areas such as alcohol and substance abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, blended family issues, and adjustment concerns due to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating communication between family members to address conflicts and foster healthier relationships.
\n
• Providing education and resources to clients on coping strategies and conflict resolution.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining up-to-date records using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to collaborate on best practices for patient care.

You will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, experiencing various mental health challenges and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
