Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial meeting through final offer.
• Serve as a Client Partner, grasping their hiring priorities, challenges, and company culture.
• Utilize Strategic Sourcing through our proprietary CRM/ATS, your own network, and innovative communication tools.
• Employ Our Platform to handle candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that contribute lasting value for clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we build our brand and yours.
