Highlights Pay: $69.33 - $77.05 Hourly Location: New York, NY Facility: NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital Department/Unit: NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift What You’ll Do Support Departments of Nursing quality and safety programs. Provide quality improvement facilitation and support for nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams. Assist the Director of Nursing Quality with assessment of nursing staff learning needs. Participate in monitoring regulatory compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. Assist patient care units with development and implementation of improvement strategies. Collaborate with interprofessional teams to ensure excellence in quality and patient experience. Support evidence-based practice by assisting nursing staff in developing process standards. Collaborate with nursing leadership in the development of presentations and reports. Support quality improvement teams by managing project timelines and preparing reports. Review and evaluate occurrences related to nursing care reported through the electronic occurrence system.
