There are plenty of door-to-door sales opportunities out there. For those who are serious about selling, it matters which one you choose. The people you learn from, the training you receive, and the environment you're surrounded by can shape the trajectory of your career.

Earn While You Learn

Every month, we run sales blitzes ranging from a weekend to as long as nine days. Blitzes serve two purposes: develop your sales skills and put money in your pocket. You'll receive hands-on training and coaching, then immediately put what you're learning into practice in the field—talking to homeowners, overcoming objections, closing real customers, and earning commission.

New to sales? You can participate immediately.

Already experienced? Come sharpen your edge, compete, and earn.

Monthly blitzes are an expected part of the program because we're looking for people who genuinely want to get in the field, develop their skills, and invest in themselves.

If you're preparing to sell next summer, the blitzes give you a chance to build your skills before the season begins. If you already plan to sell with another organization next summer, you're still welcome to come out, sell, learn, compete, and earn with us during the blitzes.

What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners directly at their homes and introduce them to our service offerings.
• Build rapport quickly and have confident, authentic conversations with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right solution.
• Overcome objections and confidently close the sale.
• Participate in required monthly Sales Blitzes designed to accelerate your sales skills and earning potential.
• Apply coaching and feedback immediately in the field.
• Track your performance and continuously work to improve.
• Manage your time, activity, and schedule independently.
• Represent yourself with professionalism, integrity, and energy.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity with performance-based, commission-only compensation. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance. The harder you work, the better you get, and the more you sell, the more you can earn.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
