This critical role provides consulting, conception and implementation services to achieve business process outcomes within our SAP landscape that deliver important continuous support and improvement for our internal customers. This position focuses on support for the SAP Finance and Controlling team, SAP FICO, ensuring efficient processes within the finance area.Candidates must have experience with the SAP FICO module. Make an impactProvide project activities and service availability for FICO functionality within the implemented SAP solutions (ECC 6.0 as well as S/4 HANA)Coordinate change requests within SAP FICOAnalyze and create concepts of various financial and controlling requirementsSupport (Incident resolution / document / train / consult) in FICOSupport of Vertex tax systemSupport of EasyInvoice AP applicationSupport of SnapPay credit card applicationTake ownership to fulfill promised service levels as defined/agreed in service level KPIsInteract with key business users, First Line Support AnalystsTeam with stakeholders and key users in the regions to provide SAP expertiseResponsible for SAP security roles for assigned areasCoordinate with external partnersDocumentation of processes and implementationSupport SAP MigrationsWhat you need to succeedBachelor/Master degree with focus on finance/informatics or comparable5 + years functional experience in SAP FICO, with rollout experience (>2 lifecycles), trainer and post-go-live support experienceExcellent hands-on customizing knowledge of SAP FICOProven understanding of integration with PS, SD and MM modulesTeam player with a strong customer service and solution orientationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishUnderstanding of SAP ABAPExperience with SAP interfaces and FICO Add-OnsSalary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
