Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments

• Update calendars and scheduling systems

• Respond to customer scheduling questions by phone and email

• Reschedule appointments when needed

• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records

• Coordinate availability with internal teams

• Follow up on missed, changed, or pending appointments

• Support routine administrative tasks related to scheduling
