Production Operator

Our client, a leading food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Avon, NY

Pay Range: $18.12-$19.12

Shift: 1st, (6:30am-230pm)
2nd, (2:30pm-10:30pm)
and 3rd (10:30pm-6:30am) 

What's the Job?

• Assemble products by providing supplies and placing package components into specified tray compartments.
• Inspect finished packages for quality defects and grade rejects based on established standards.
• Place finished packages into cartons and palletize for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing re-work and trash regularly.
• Monitor packaging equipment such as tray sealers and cartoners for proper operation and quality output.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Able to work in a colder work environment
• Reliable transportation with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work any mandatory over time including weekends 
• Able to acquire steel toe shoes
