WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay:

• $150,000 to $250,000, base with performance incentives

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekends as needed

WHAT'S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LIKE?

Each day as our Home Comfort Specialist - HVAC Advisor, you'll step into customers' homes and businesses as a trusted advisor, carefully evaluating their current systems and listening to their needs. You'll conduct thorough comfort assessments, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance, and guide clients through tailored solutions from HVAC systems and generators to indoor air quality improvements. As you explain options, savings, and financing, your transparency will build confidence and trust. Meanwhile, you'll work closely with installation and service teams to ensure every project is executed seamlessly, creating an experience that customers remember and appreciate.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused
• Comfortable presenting solutions and guiding decisions

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent), 3+ years of sales experience, and 2+ years of experience in construction or the trades .
