(L/I) Administrative Support Specialist

We’re looking for an organized, people-focused Administrative Support Specialist to help keep our office running smoothly! You’ll be the first point of contact for calls and visitors while supporting day-to-day operations in Louisville—and traveling to our Indianapolis office every other week. What You’ll Do Answer and route calls with a friendly, professional approach Greet visitors and support a welcoming office environment Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages Keep the office organized and stocked Provide general team support as needed What We’re Looking For Administrative or office support experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay on top of details Proficiency in Microsoft Office Reliable transportation and willingness to travel bi-weekly Why Join Us?
