This individual will lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications.The ideal candidate brings strong electrical construction experience, practical knowledge of power distribution systems, and a proven ability to manage field execution in data centers or other mission-critical environments. This role focuses on electrical power infrastructure, including busway, switchgear, panels, feeders, conduit, grounding, and equipment connections. Structured cabling or telecommunications experience alone does not meet the requirements.This is a full-time, salaried position, full benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses.This position is based in the Atlanta Metroplex area and will work onsite for local data center projects.Approximately 50% travel outside of the Atlanta area should be expected at times.ResponsibilitiesLead daily electrical installation activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendorsPlan manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing to support project schedulesOversee installation of power distribution equipment, busway, RPPs, PDUs, conduit, feeders, grounding, and electrical containmentReview drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and submittals to guide field executionCoordinate with project managers, general contractors, clients, and other trades to resolve installation conflictsMonitor workmanship and progress, addressing deficiencies and schedule risks earlyMaintain daily reports, progress updates, and field documentation; support RFIs, change orders, and as-built updatesEnforce site safety requirements and approved procedures for shutdowns, tie-ins, and work in operational facilitiesCoordinate inspections and support testing, commissioning, energization readiness, and project turnoverManage punch-list completion and ensure installations meet project quality standardsQualifications3-5 years of electrical construction experience, including three years in a Superintendent, General Foreman, or comparable field leadership roleExperience leading electrical work in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of electrical power distribution, equipment installation, conduit, feeders, grounding, and bondingAbility to interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and equipment submittalsExperience supervising crews, coordinating subcontractors, and managing field schedules and resourcesStrong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skillsFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar project toolsPreferred QualificationsJourneyman or master electrician licenseOSHA 30 certificationExperience with hyperscale or colocation data centers and white space electrical fit-outsExperience working in live facilities and supporting commissioning, shutdowns, and energizationTo support a fair, consistent, and high-quality hiring experience, some interviews may be recorded.
