Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team full-time.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Clinical documentation through Net Health

Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve residents' independence and functional abilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, coordination, and adaptive techniques
Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress using Net Health
Communicate changes in resident status and progress with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team
Participate in care planning and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other clinical staff
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current or eligible Pennsylvania COTA licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but not required
