Engage in collaborative care with a team of professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Facilitate educational opportunities for patients and their families to encourage progress outside of therapy sessions.

Participate in inpatient therapy evaluations and initiatives, providing consistent care throughout the treatment process.

Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that adheres to all state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Pursue continual professional growth through ongoing education and networking with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not already ASHA-certified.

Valid State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidenced-based treatment modalities suitable for all demographics, alongside a solid understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.
