Marketing Manager - Platform

The Marketing Manager – Platform will lead global marketing strategies for a digital technology platform, driving awareness, adoption, engagement, and business growth. This role combines product marketing, strategic storytelling, and go-to-market execution to translate complex technological capabilities into clear, compelling business value. You will develop differentiated positioning, lead product launches, and create integrated marketing campaigns that help partners maximize the value of digital tools, automation, and connected business solutions. Working closely with product, sales, cloud, operations, and marketing teams, you will shape the platform's market presence and strengthen the overall partner experience. Through customer insights, performance data, and market research, you will identify opportunities to improve engagement and accelerate adoption. Accountabilities: - Platform Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute global marketing strategies that increase platform awareness, adoption, engagement, and business growth. - Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that communicate platform benefits to partners at different stages of digital maturity. - Product Launches: Lead integrated marketing campaigns for new products, platform features, and digital capabilities, ensuring successful launches and sustained adoption.

- Product and Portfolio Marketing: Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for the platform portfolio, connecting its capabilities with broader technology solutions, cloud offerings, and services. - Business Value Communication: Translate complex technical features into clear business outcomes that resonate with executive decision-makers, sales professionals, operations leaders, and technical stakeholders. - Content Development and Enablement: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, partner-focused content, use cases, and sales enablement resources that demonstrate measurable business value. - Partner Experience and Insights: Build a deep understanding of partner needs, pain points, workflows, and purchasing behaviors to inform marketing strategies and improve the digital experience. - Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage platform usage data, customer feedback, market research, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, user experience, sales, operations, cloud, services, and marketing teams to deliver coordinated campaigns and measurable business outcomes. - Global Stakeholder Management: Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, communications, events, and partner engagement initiatives while coordinating launches across multiple regions and business units. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to strengthen the platform's market positioning, increase partner engagement, and support the growth of the broader digital ecosystem. Requirements: - Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, particularly in product marketing, platform marketing, or digital experience marketing. - Relevant Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience marketing SaaS platforms, cloud marketplaces, technology ecosystems, subscription management solutions, or digital commerce platforms. - Go-to-Market Expertise: Proven success launching platform-based solutions and developing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, customer engagement, revenue influence, and business growth.
