Banquet Event Staff

Job PostingReport to the Service Manager on Duty and/or the Banquet Supervisor.Adheres to and practices all guidelines and procedures as set forth in the Employee Manual.Completes required set-up/preparation of area prior to scheduled event(s).Serves food/drink to members/guests following service standards.Monitors members/guests anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.Clears tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity.Completes assigned end of shift duties.Other duties as assigned.Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times.Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance.Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members/guests, management and fellow employees.Complies with required safety regulations and procedures.Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions.Complies with club standards, policies, and rules.Remains current with club information and changes.Complies with club uniform and grooming standards.
