Snelling is currently recruiting a Collections Specialist for an amazing company in the Homewood area! Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing payments accurately, managing delinquent accounts, and providing timely follow-up with clients and supervisors. Starting Pay: $18.00-20.00/hr. Hours: 8:00 am -5:00 pm, with some overtime if needed, possibly at the end of the month. Duties and Responsibilities for Collections Specialist Deliver high-quality service and support to taxpayers and clients. Respond to taxpayer correspondence promptly and maintain detailed documentation and notes. Research and send invoices in a timely manner. Investigate delinquent accounts and apply assessments. Handle a high volume of outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Communicate directly with clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
