Warehouse AssociateEssential Responsibilities:Perform material receipt, put away, pick, delivery, sort, and counting transactionsEnsure materials are counted and sorted for production and customer fulfillment, and documented through the Warehouse Management SystemResponsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received by the company and ensuring that corresponding documentation is filed and maintained accuratelyPrepare material for shipping, including packaging items and loading and unloading trucksVerify incoming shipments by reviewing and matching shipping documents against purchase orders in the Warehouse Management SystemEnsure accurate record keeping of inventory, through cycle counts, return to stock and other managed inventory processesOperate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and reach trucks, safely and efficientlyQualifications/Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior warehouse or order fulfillment experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience operating pallet jacks, forklift and reach trucks, or similar; forklift certification preferred.Basic computer skills including Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.); ERP experience preferred.INNIO offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
