Summary This role plays a crucial position in ensuring the smooth operation of our assets and resources. The incumbent assists in overseeing maintenance activities, leads a skilled team of technicians, and ensures all systems function efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily maintenance operations Lead and train team members Generate weekly maintenance schedules for maintenance technicians and contractors Maintain the organization and cleanliness of spare parts storeroom(s) Coordinate and conduct spare parts inventory counts – quarterly cycle counts Perform repairs as needed Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities Gather proper tools and PPE for technicians Assign and coordinate repairs for daily routine maintenance Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
