Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead on behalf of our client in Denver/Centennial, CO. This role is ideal for an experienced automation professional who combines strong hands-on UiPath development expertise with technical leadership capabilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable enterprise automation solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, contributing to solution architecture, and mentoring development teams to drive successful automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade automation solutions using UiPath best practices.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Contribute to solution architecture activities, including technical design, implementation planning, and automation strategy.

• Identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and business value.

• Develop both attended and unattended automations leveraging UiPath Automation Suite and UiPath Cloud capabilities.

• Perform technical reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to quality, scalability, and maintainability standards.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to automation development teams.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-deployment optimization efforts.

• Assist in technical estimation, solution planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development, intelligent automation, or related technology disciplines.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise automation solutions with UiPath.

• Experience serving as a Technical Lead or leading automation development initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the solution architecture lifecycle, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, solution design, estimation, and implementation planning.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to analyze processes and deliver automation solutions.

• Hands-on experience with UiPath Automation Suite and/or UiPath Cloud.

• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies (C# and/or VB.NET).

• Strong experience with SQL Server, APIs, and system integrations.

• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to mentor developers while remaining actively involved in solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Solution Architect Certification.

• UiPath Infrastructure Engineer training.

• Experience with UiPath AI Center, Action Center, and Document Understanding.

• Knowledge of UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and Autopilot capabilities.

• Experience integrating Generative AI technologies into automation solutions.

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.

• Previous experience in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments.
