Recruiter - Employment Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter - Employment Specialist in Fort Worth, TX. Summary: The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Recruiter who can manage full-cycle recruiting activities across a diverse portfolio of positions. This is a high-visibility role supporting hiring efforts across the business while also assisting with onboarding and new hire immersion activities. The team is looking for someone who wants to grow their recruiting career, is highly organized, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders. Environment & Team:

• Team currently supports approximately 90 open requisitions
• Individual recruiters typically manage 15-30 active reqs at a time
• Recruiters create and manage their own weekly priorities
• Reviews every open role at least once per week
• Heavy coordination and process management environment
• Two HR team members currently out, creating additional workload and urgency
• Uses Copilot
• ATS: Rival (believed to be the primary ATS)
• Tracking is fairly manual (Excel spreadsheets, job tracking, interview coordination)

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process
• Review resumes and candidate pipelines weekly
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interview scheduling
• Guide candidates through interview process
• Extend offers and manage offer process
• Initiate and coordinate background checks
• Support onboarding activities
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee immersion program
• Currently a two-day onboarding experience
• Scheduling various business leaders and teams to present to new hires
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams throughout hiring lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader HR team

• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously
• HR experience involving: Resume review; Interview scheduling; Candidate coordination
• Experience working in a structured corporate environment
