- Expert level systems analysis experience in business critical, sophisticated applications
- Knowledge of Asset Management would be a huge advantage, with a background in business facing tooling
- Sophisticated analysis expertise of end-to-end processes, using tools and techniques for communicating and analyzing data including, rest API technologies, SQL, JSON, Postman/Insomnia
- Current hands-on experience writing SQL queries and joining multiple data sets.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle and non-SQL databases strongly preferred
- Data-driven and can measure, collect, and use data to make decisions - we understand the value of intuition and the need to balance decisions accordingly
- Highly analytical and can assess magnitude and impact of the work, down to the story level
- Strong analytical, facilitation and communication skills including written, verbal, and technology illustrations
- Knowledge of basic Java within the development ecosystem or similar technologies is a plus
- Strong written and verbal and communication skills with technical expertise to drive outcomes and impactfully influence others
- Expertise in defining test cases at the right level of detail and define test cases and ensure acceptance criteria matches real business value - i.e., ensure we are testing the right things
- Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to the other Systems Analysts as our team grows
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, with a focus on AWS, including familiarity with cloud migration strategies and tools
