Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized family service plans (IFSPs). Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with families to create tailored IFSPs, aligning with the Natural Learning Environment Practices and utilizing evidence-based strategies for effective intervention.

• Monitoring outcomes through continuous assessment and adjustment of service plans, ensuring services remain aligned with the child’s developmental status and family priorities.

• Providing evidence-based support to families, enhancing their understanding and skills to promote their child's developmental progress.

• Utilizing a coaching model to engage families within their natural environment, facilitating learning opportunities that are adaptable to each child's needs.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations and internal policies to maintain the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers who experience physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skill delays. The role requires building strong relationships with children and their families to create supportive interventions that promote positive development outcomes. To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
