Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a spectrum of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique background and conditions.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with other professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create a continuous and coordinated treatment approach for students.

• Providing educational sessions for families on mental health challenges, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Actively participating in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance treatment strategies.

• Staying informed of the latest trends and research in the mental health field to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

• Managing a full caseload of clients while monitoring progress towards treatment goals, ensuring timely intervention, and providing professional guidance in-line with NASW ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
