Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians and psychologists, to provide integrated care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

• Regularly assess and monitor patient progress towards treatment goals, utilizing both remote communication tools and in-person visits as necessary.
