- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
- Confident and comfortable being on camera for extended periods
- Charismatic, energetic, and able to command an audience
- Strong sales instincts and the ability to turn customer engagement into purchases
- Quick-thinking and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced live environment
- Self-driven, dependable, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Willingness to develop strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and the products featured on stream
- Ability to take feedback, continuously improve, and maintain a consistently high standard of performance
Nice to Have
- Previous livestream selling experience, particularly on Whatnot or a similar live commerce platform
- On-camera hosting, content creation, entertainment, or social media experience
- Proven sales experience or a track record of meeting performance goals
