• Pay Rate: $40.00-$50.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours (EST)

Job Summary

The Business Management Specialist will support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment, decisioning exception requests, and conducting client-level research on a range of complex financial products and offer qualifiers. This role contributes to the growth of the business by improving client acquisition, activation, and relationship deepening journeys. The incumbent is accountable to process, review, and execute multiple offer fulfillment inquiries and research requests in a timely manner. The Business Management Specialist is expected to work independently, make equitable decisions, and apply best practices to ensure the client's reputational risk is protected.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment
• Process, review, and execute multiple offer fulfillment inquiries and research requests in a timely manner
• Handle decisioning exception requests
• Conduct client-level research on a range of complex financial products and offer qualifiers
• Work independently and make equitable decisions, applying best practices
• Ensure the organization's reputational risk is protected
• Contribute to improving client acquisition, activation, and relationship deepening journeys

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Organizational skills and ability to comprehend multiple offer variations and client trends
• Experience tracking progress and facilitating traditional and digital creative assets through multiple approval processes

Education Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, designations, or equivalent strongly preferred

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant banking experience
