Claims Coordinator Dayton, Ohio, United States About the Role Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business. Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our Claims department. This is an entry-level role with a structured development plan and a clear pathway to full-time employment. No prior claims experience is required; we are looking for someone organized, reliable, and eager to grow within the claims function.
