Senior AccountantSalary: $85,000–$100,000Senior-level accounting role with exposure to both accounting and finance. Direct partnership with Site Leadership and Senior Finance leadership. Broad exposure across financial reporting, month-end close, FP&A, treasury, and operational finance. Opportunity to support budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations. High-visibility role supporting multiple operating companies within a growing organization. Exposure to international operations with periodic travel to Mexico-based facilities. Opportunity to strengthen expertise in GAAP, lease accounting (ASC 842), and revenue recognition. Collaborative environment working closely with finance, operations, HR, and executive leadership. Opportunity to contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and financial reporting initiatives.Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support the monthly and year-end close process. Prepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analysis. Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, treasury activities, and related banking transactions. Support financial reporting and analysis for multiple operating companies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis. Partner with Site Leadership and Finance leadership on planning and operational initiatives. Support audits, inventory counts, lease accounting, revenue recognition, and internal controls. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and financial controls.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 2–5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Manufacturing industry experience required; aerospace industry experience preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, including lease accounting and revenue recognition. Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and journal entries. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or other finance-related activities preferred. Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Visual ERP preferred. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
