Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on machinist who can independently handle CNC programming, setup, machining, inspection, troubleshooting, and general production support in a flexible manufacturing environment.

This is not a button-pusher position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Setup and operate CNC mills and lathes

Write and edit CNC programs

Support medium-run and short-run production

Build and modify fixtures

Read and interpret blueprints

Inspect machined components

Troubleshoot machining and production issues

Support fabrication and general production needs

Work independently with minimal supervision

Equipment Includes

Haas VF-2

Doosan Puma 200

Victor V-Turn 36 Lathe

Experience with Haas and Fanuc-style controls is beneficial.

Preferred Experience

Haas controls

Fanuc-style controls

Prototype or job-shop experience

Fixture design/building

Schedule

Typical start times are 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM depending on production needs
