We are looking for an experienced brake press operator/programmer for a metal stamping company.

Metal fabrication company specializing in stamping, laser cutting, machining, and welding.

Press Brake Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

• Operate presses
• Operate Fork Lift Trucks
• Interpret and respond to SPC control charts
• Complete production and quality paperwork
• Use appropriate gages, such as calipers and micrometers
• Visually inspect production and quality problems
• Identify and report production and quality problems
• Participate in corrective and preventative actions and continuous improvement projects
• Use all safety aids and devices
• Report finished job and request new job
• Maintain clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Superintendent

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Bysatronics, running and setting up programs based off of prints
• High School Diploma, or G.E. (Preferred)
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to understand verbal and written training material in English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions (written or oral).
