Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities Facilitate weekly on‑site supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and address challenges faced by staff. Supervise and support clinical staff. Collaborate with school administrators and counselors on operational issues. Assist therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans utilizing evidence‑based practices. Provide support to therapists in crisis management and complex cases. Qualifications 5+ years of experience providing therapeutic services to youth, including school‑based counseling and previous clinical supervisor experience. Strong knowledge of clinical practices, law and ethics, crisis management, and therapeutic modalities. Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), psychologist (PsyD), or licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC). Ability to foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining accountability for clinical outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sage SoCal, Inc
