Client Success Specialist

Bali, Indonesia Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia 12 month fixed term contract

We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated and hardworking Client Success Specialist to help with the delivery and execution of our solution to new and existing travel clients across the APAC region, with a particular focus on our clients in Indonesia. This individual should be a strong teammate who is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and who is motivated by success. The Client Success Specialist will work alongside the Travel sales team and Client Success management to execute strategies designed to grow the client base, improve client retention, increase revenue and utilisation, identify opportunities for improvement and provide accurate and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding clients and ensuring their success throughout the client life cycle
• Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication within key travel client accounts
• Creating the ideal strategy for each travel client to grow transaction volume and increase revenue through up-selling
• Providing clients with analytics and additional reporting
• Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic consultant, gathering client feedback, evaluating how their needs are evolving and communicating this back to product and management
• Developing and maintaining a current understanding of all services provided by Flywire while maintaining a professional and ethical relationship with clients at all times when representing the company

Qualifications

Here's What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• 2 to 3 years of relationship management, account management or similar experience
• Experience handling customer objections and leading customer relationships in a commercial setting
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
• Proficient presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to lead time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Bali with a willingness to travel to meet clients
• Knowledge of the Indonesian payment landscape and other providers within the market is a plus
• Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, Looker and Zendesk is a plus
