As a Bilingual Sales Representative for Carl Ferraro State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish and English Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one. Compensation: $52,000-$60,000 per year Compensation includes a performance-based commission structure.
