The focus of UFS marketing and sales is to engage with chefs & customers through an integrated communication system via visits by sales representatives, chef demonstrations and digital touchpoints like the UFS.com website, mailings and segmented & personalized campaigns.As a Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating current and future chef needs into a strategic portfolio plan, managing the total portfolio through simplification, and leading launch and relaunch projects from product development through category communication.You will be responsible for:Collecting and analysing operator and market insights and translating them into business opportunitiesBuilding and managing portfolio positioning and sustainable growth strategiesPutting Dutch & Benelux needs and business opportunities on the EU agendaManaging multiple category simplification, launch and relaunch projects (link local / global)Providing Brand or category content to support launchesTraining the sales force team on product knowledge through Culinary trainings / selling storiesDriving business growth to achieve category and brand targetsWe are now looking for a Portfolio Marketing Manager to strengthen our marketing team in the Netherlands, based in Rotterdam. You will be responsible for the total UFS NL portfolio.
