Bring your unique talents and perspective to help us make a difference!What to ExpectYou'll join a cohort of fellow analysts on our Jacksonville, FL campus and rotate through several areas of our analytics organization, working on meaningful projects that directly affect how we serve our members. The first several weeks emphasize onboarding, relationship-building, and foundational skill development through dedicated training sessions. From there, you'll complete multiple rotations, each exposing you to different types of analytical work.After the program, you'll be placed on a long-term team — matching what energizes you with where the business needs talent most.
