Regional Sales Manager, Texas, Southwest US - Industrial Filtration & Process Solutions A growing industrial solutions company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and customer growth across the South & South East U.S. territory. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected organization serving heavy industrial markets with engineered filtration products, technical services, and aftermarket solutions.This position is fully remote but you need to be based in territory.
We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in technical selling environments, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and understands industrial operations and maintenance challenges.
What You'll DoReporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing territory growth strategies while managing existing and new customer relationships.

What You'll DoReporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing territory growth strategies while managing existing and new customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory management plan
- Grow existing accounts while identifying and penetrating new opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop win strategies, negotiate contracts, and close business
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
- Conduct customer site visits and support technical discussions
- Maintain CRM activity and sales forecasting tools
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and field service teams
- Support customer training initiatives and industry events
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry associations
- Drive opportunities related to maintenance, inspections, retrofits, and installation services
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing, process industries, or technical sales environments.
Preferred industry exposure includes:
- Cement
- Metals and steel
- Mining and aggregates
- Lime and gypsum
- Chemical processing
- Carbon black, pigments, or related industrial sectors
- Industrial dust collection systems
- Baghouses and filtration systems
- Filter bags and cages
- Cartridge collectors
- Mechanical service or installation projects
- Industrial aftermarket parts and consumables
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent industrial sales experience
- 3-5+ years of industrial or technical sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
- CRM experience required; ERP/SAP experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Established customer base with strong repeat business
- Technical, consultative sales approach - not transactional selling
- Ability to make a direct impact on territory growth
- Collaborative leadership and operational support
