Office Representative – Entry-Level Marketing Specialist
Location: 9662 Queens Blvd Rego Park NY 11374
Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level

We’re a fast-growing insurance agency committed to helping customers find the right insurance solutions. We’re looking for an energetic and organized Office Representative to support our sales team and help build strong client relationships. This is an exciting entry-level marketing specialist role with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely follow-ups and support.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and match customers with insurance products that meet their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions about policies, claims, billing, and coverage options.
- Support marketing campaigns through calls, emails, direct mail, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist customers with insurance education and needs-based reviews.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and passion for helping people.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Interest in marketing insurance and financial products
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Team-oriented with good multitasking abilities
- Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively

- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property & Casualty (must have or be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
