Civil Litigation Attorney ?? Riverside, CA (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility ) A growing, established litigation practice is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its Riverside-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful autonomy, strong mentorship, direct client interaction, and a clear path for long-term professional growth. The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters from inception through resolution and be comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Practice Areas Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply :

* General Civil Litigation

* Insurance Defense

* Public Entity Defense

* Medical Malpractice Defense

Responsibilities

* Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution

* Conduct and defend depositions

* Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions

* Handle all phases of discovery

* Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel

* Develop case strategy and evaluate risk exposure

* Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution

* Maintain organized case files and proactively manage deadlines

Qualifications

* Active California Bar membership

* Minimum 3 years of litigation experience

* Experience with discovery, depositions, and motion practice

* Ability to independently manage cases with limited oversight

* Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

* Excellent organizational and case management abilities

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 In addition to base salary, attorneys may be eligible for:
