Instructional Aide – School-Based | Sacramento, CA | $22/hr | Full-Time | ProCare Therapy
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Sacramento, CA to hire a full-time Instructional Aide. This position supports students and teachers in the classroom by providing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assistance to help students succeed throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily instruction
Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students
Help reinforce lessons and educational objectives
Support positive student behavior and classroom engagement
Assist with classroom organization, supervision, and transitions
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to meet student needs
Qualifications:
Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
School, childcare, tutoring, or behavioral support experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
