This position would work with the Director of Catering and Executive Chef to determine event timelines, menus, and service standards. This position would have the responsibility of supervising and training a team. Physical setting: Banquets and Private Dining Schedule: Day shifts Evening shifts Weekend are a must due to flexibility during the week Guaranteed 4th of July off Will have most Mondays off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) 2 years of banquet service and/or restaurants 2 years of Bartending License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee setup and breakdown for all banquet events Supervise and train staff and follow Team Guarantees Follow all sanitary regulations Practice FIFO Inventory control Promptly and professionally serve member and guest food and beverage orders ensuring quality and accuracy maintain full knowledge of food and beverage offerings promptly and professionally serve member and guest food and beverage orders ensuring quality and accuracy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
