AR Clerk-Onsite in Boca

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerks for our client based in Boca Raton that is hiring ASAP:
Location: Boca Raton, FLSalary: $24-25/hr.
Hours: M-F; 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Benefits (After probationary period):

- Handle collections outreach and follow-ups with customers (10-20/day)
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes
- Apply and reconcile cash receipts accurately
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate AR aging and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Support month-end close activities related to AR
- Comfortable handling high transaction volume
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections (2+ yrs.)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, evolving environment
