About The Role The District Office Coordinator (DOC) provides administrative and operational support to the Division Vice President, managing office logistics, schedules, and communications. The role is performed on-site in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities Support the Division Vice President(s) with correspondence, presentation materials, and other administrative functions. Manage day‑to‑day operations of the division office, including mail, supplies, and sales literature. Maintain the Division Vice President’s schedule and arrange travel as appropriate. Maintain compliance files and logs for the division. Prepare and process the Division Vice President’s expense reports. Create and distribute statistical reports tracking financial professionals’ progress on assigned goals. Provide loyalty‑building service to clients by answering incoming phone calls, requests, and emails. Communicate policy information and company procedures effectively to all clients. NOTE: This position does not involve selling duties or advising clients. Qualifications Action‑oriented, high energy, personable, empathetic, and with a desire to help clients. Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Experience with CRM/Salesforce software. Experience or interest in the financial services industry. Work Location Boca Raton, FL Compensation Base salary range: $48,000–$52,000. Eligible for discretionary bonus and other benefits. Travel may be required up to 25%.
