This is a great fit for someone competitive, coachable, and motivated by growth, training, and long-term earning potential. What you'll do:

- Prospect and generate new business
- Cold call and build pipeline daily
- Sell consultatively to business owners and decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close
- Present solutions that improve shipping and operational efficiency
- Hit activity and deal flow goals in a structured sales environment
- Strong hunter mentality
- High energy and professionalism
- Comfortable in a fully onsite office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Coachable and motivated to grow
- Degree preferred, but the requirement should be confirmed internally
- Residual monthly commission
- Strong training and field coaching
- Promotion from within
- Performance-based base bumps and long-term growth path
